Delivery Failure:
If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer (such as providing an incorrect shipping address or being unavailable to receive the package), or if the customer declines to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to the sender (CELGRAVE) at the customer’s expense. This expense includes any shipping costs incurred, which will be deducted from the total order amount to be refunded.
Change of Delivery Address:
Once your order is in transit, we're unable to change the delivery address. If you need to modify the delivery location, please contact us within one day of placing your order at office@elgrave.com or call us at 9342107363.
After receiving your order:
Please carefully inspect the package and its contents upon receipt to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for delivery. If you discover any damage or discrepancies, please refuse delivery of the goods or sign for them as "Damaged," then contact us immediately.
Order Cancellation:
We regret to hear that you wish to cancel your order! If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll provide you with a full refund upon cancellation.
If your order has already been shipped, you'll need to request a refund once you receive the order. Please refer to our Return and Refund policy for more information.
Gift Wrapping:
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gift-wrapping services.
Holidays:
Please note that we do not deliver on Bank Holidays. Your parcel will be delivered on the next working day.
